Shuji Sushi was founded by Eric and Zar Lee in the year 2000, it has been nurtured since and has developed in the heart of Melbourne. The offering of affordable Japanese cuisine has been warmly taken in as quick and delicious food for the people of Melbourne. There are now almost 20 stores in the network across Victoria, with plans underway to expand nationally. Shuji sushi will strive to ensure its products can be enjoyed by all Australians nationwide.
